Booking Services Policy
Services need to be booked and paid for in advance.
For a full refund : appointments need to be cancelled 72 hours prior to your appointment
(For example: If your treatment is on Thursday you would need to cancel on Monday)
Cancellations made 48 hours before your treatment are subject to a 50 % cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be used as a deposit for your next appointment.
(For example If your treatment is on Thursday you would need to cancel on Tuesday)
The deposit is only valid for two weeks from the day of cancellation. The remaining balance of the rescheduled appointment will need to be paid prior to your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in your appointment not being reserved and the loss of your deposit.
No shows or cancelling 24 hours before your appointment will result in a loss of the total treatment cost.
